Our dedicated villa team is here to ensure your stay is seamless and relaxing. They can assist with:

Daily Staff Schedule:

Ria & Suli (Housekeeping & Cooking): Arrive from 8:00 AM to prepare breakfast and service the villa.

Made (Gardener): Arrives around 7:00 AM to care for the grounds.

Putu (Security): On duty from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Please note: Additional Upgrades can be arranged during your stay with the villa staff. However, Arrival Dinner & Dessert and First-Morning Breakfast must be pre-booked and cannot be added after arrival.

Upgrades Payment

All payments for Upgrades are processed securely online via our Australian team. You will receive a final invoice at the end of your stay, and all chosen Upgrades will be added to this for payment on check-out day.
